Dawn Rapp Swerk Star | Instructor My name is Dawn & I have been a SWERK instructor since February of 2017! It was not something I had planned out (at all) but after a year of taking classes, something inside of me just had to be in the front of the room. It was easily one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made for myself, both personally & professionally. Taking this leap of faith has brought me out of my comfort zone & given me more confidence than I’ve ever had before.. like EVER! I have the opportunity to pour into other women & empower them, while still slaying my own fitness goals. I have also become a SWERK Star, so I plan to travel & help spread the SWERK love as far as possible over the next few years. For me, it’s not just dance cardio— it’s a way of life!
