January SwerkShop™ Harder Instructor Training | Kettering, OH

**You must obtain a Swerk Basics license before you are eligible to participate in a Swerk Harder training.

In a Swerk Harder class, instructors may utilize choreography involving floor work and more difficult/higher intensity movements like tuck jumps or burpees. They may also incorporate choreographed lifts with weights, bands and/or floor mats, focusing on the upper body, lower body, or core. This is still very much a Swerk certification but we've elevated the routines and choreography to hit different muscle groups.

One-day Swerk Shop includes:

Foundational Swerk moves along with helpful "dos"& "don'ts" to ensure a successful class of your own!

Swerk secrets in building a calorie torching & booty lifting playlist!

This SwerkShop will take place via Zoom. You will be required to have your camera on for the duration of the training to ensure you are participating and learning the key foundational skills.
